General Questions


To enter The Lab, you must walk through Buddies Gastropub on the first floor to the back towards the bathroom and go directly up the stairs to the last floor. Enter the door on the left at the top of the stairs.

Yes, there is dedicated parking on the side (to the left of Umi Yaki restaurant) and around back of the building.

Yes, we have the fastest speed internet packages available.

Food and drink are allowed, we just ask not to have it around the computer desk or any equipment that it could damage. We'd prefer guests enjoy their breaks in the living/meeting area or outside patio.

Yes, we have an outdoor patio to sit back and enjoy your break as you gaze at the beatiful rock face directly in view without any of the loud traffic noise happeing out front.

You can have up to 5 people, including yourself. Anything over that, please ask us for permission first.

Studio Questions


As long as size isn't an issue, you can bring anything you want and we'll help you plug it all in to our setup to begin.

We'll have someone readily available for you to call or text during your session. There will msot likely be someone in the building to assist you ASAP.

We may offer overnight sessions to "Trusted Members" who have booked at least 100 hours with us and have become part The Lab family. This will be on a getting to know you basis.

Booking Questions


We currently only accept Cash and QR code.

Yes, they are to be used whenever you want, if the studio is available on the schedule.

Hours purchased will be valid until one year from the date of purchasing them.

Absolutely! We will just deduct 2 Hours from your remaining, per hour.

You need to give us 12 hours notice before canceling your session or you will forfeit an Hour from your remaining Hours as a penalty.
